Volleyball Sweeps Green Hope
On Tuesday night, your Gators Volleyball team (10-3) hosted the Green Hope Falcons (12-2).
Gators were coming hot off of 3 straight sweeps looking for a fourth against the falcons. The match started off fast with a huge first set from Olivia Hummel to put the Gators up. The second set was more of the same with Tristin Holt dominating. In the third set, the Gators shot down the Falcon’s (Green) hope with a huge set from Asia Thigpen.
We got to talk with Pranavi Bollineni about their performance last night,
“I am proud of the team for coming through and crushing Green Hope. We have lost a few close games this year and we wanted to come out and make a statement.”
Gators get back in action on Thursday against Apex Friendship and the girls believe they’ve found their fifth sweep in a row.
