Once again the hottest team at Green Level has won. With their 6th conference win of the season, they officially clinched the conference. With only 2 nine hole matches left(one 18-hole conference championship at Keith Hills), it would be impossible for rival Green Hope to catch them this season.

Led by impressive scores this week, Maddy Linares(33-Medalist), Lauren Eggers(37) and Eliana Kim(37), the girls went on to beat Green Hope, who had a team score of 121, by a dominant 14 shots. The girls also had their personal team low of the year with a score of 107.

With the next couple of weeks being the biggest of the season for the girls, they need to stay on their game. I got to talk with Lauren about how she plans to prepare for these upcoming weeks mentally and physically: ¨Making sure I am practicing enough and just making sure to stay calm and not thinking too much about what could happen in the upcoming weeks.¨

Now that the girls have secured themselves a spot in regionals, they are one step closer to their ultimate goal, States.

Good luck girls on the continuation of your journey to States and good luck next Tuesday for your final regular season match at Lonnie Poole.
