Is this the Time of Electric Cars?
October 16, 2019
Every day, people use cars, buses, bikes, trains, and many other types of vehicles to get from point A to point B, and the type of vehicle we all use is very important.
If you’re driving a car, you have two main options: gas or electric. Currently, global warming is a huge crisis in the world and we will soon run out of fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are hard to recover and our best option is the electric car. According to energy.gov, even though electric cars have a limited range for driving, they are very efficient, clean, and are becoming more popular.
Tesla, an automotive company known for electrics, has three models: Model S, Model X, and Model 3, all of which can be viewed at tesla.com. “Given that we will run out of oil anyway, it doesn’t make sense to put trillions of tonnes of CO2 in the atmosphere and see what happens, which could be catastrophic, when we have to find a non-hydrocarbon way of generating and consuming energy anyway. It’s just a dumb experiment,” Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, says. Not just Tesla, but other car companies like BMW, Chevy, Mercedes, Nissan, and Ford are making electric cars today.
Just like any smartphone that you have, you can plug in an electric car and have it ready in the morning. There are a variety of options for charging on the road, at home, or at work. Tesla’s cars also have a ton of features. Ludicrous mode and other charging features are available for consumers to use. The people working for Tesla work hard to make sure that Tesla’s are one of a kind and eco-friendly. This has been Elon Musk’s goal from the beginning.
Even though they may have low range, we believe now is the time for electric cars. They are the option of the future.
