Your returning conference and county champions traveled to Apex High School for their first stunt match of the season. They took down the Cougars by a score of 17-7.

Coach Mack was very pleased with the final result, saying that they looked impressive and that the team performed just like they left off last year as champions. She said they looked clean in their counts. Flyers Grace Johnson, Lilly Hicks, and Megan Scott were amazing in the air being able to minimize punishments as they were tossed around by their bases, Caroline White and Bella Cathell among others. Players on the team see Apex as peak competition in the SWAC and your Gators came and handled business.

The Gators have achieved their first win of the season and are looking to keep their 13-game win streak going through the season on the way through another county championship run. Your Gators are competing again next week against Apex and Apex Friendship on the 23rd at home for senior night. The Gators are off to a hot start and are ready for more.
