Last night a senior ceremony was held where there were 4 Emerald Gator Awards given out.

Emerald Gator Award Winner Mens (Multi-Sport) – Alex Fernandez

When Alex was asked “What does the award mean to you” he replied, “It means so much, this is the perfect end to my high school career.”

Alex runs cross country and track. He had the record in the 800m run, 1600m run and 3200m run for outdoor track and field. In indoor Alex holds the record in 1000m run and 1600m run. Alex is going to run at UNC Charlette next year.

Emerald Gator Award Winner Mens (Single-Sport) – Levi Gingerich 

When Levi was asked “What does the award mean to you” he replied, “It means a lot I’m really proud to represent the program, and I’m really thankful for everything they have done for me.

Levi is the winningest pitcher in Green Level history and also won the Spring Directors Award.

Emerald Gator Award Winner Women (Multi-Sport) – Alexa Nestor

Alexa holds the most amount of records out of anyone at the school. Personal and relay combined she’s in 15 records at the school. This includes the long jump, high jump, 100m meters, and more.

Emerald Gator Award Winner Women (Single-Sport) – Audrey Ericksen

Audrey holds the record in Points, Rebounds, Assists, Steals, and Blocks for Green Level Women’s Basketball. Audrey is going off next year to play Division 1 basketball at Boston College.
