3-0 Start for the Lady Gators
The Green Level Women’s Basketball team remains undefeated after a win over the Fuquay-
Varina Bengals on Monday night. The Gators came out hot, scoring 17 points in the first quarter compared to only 6 points for the Bengals. The Gators kept up the trend through the second quarter, but the third quarter was when the Gator defense started to slip. The Gators gave up 13 points to the Bengals as opposed to their nine points. The Gators were able to maintain their lead through the entire game and when the clock ticked down in the last seconds of the fourth quarter the Gators knew that their winning streak would continue.
