Senior, Halle Gibson commits to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi to continue her volleyball career
Senior, Halle Gibson, has verbally committed to play indoor volleyball at the collegiate level, attending Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Texas A&M Corpus Christi is a Division 1 school located on the Texas Gulf Coast. It is the only university in the nation located on its own island.
She attended Panther Creek her first year two years of highschool before transferring to Green Level a year after the school was established. Now, Gibson is a captain on our school volleyball team and leads the lady Gators in assists. Just last week she reached her 500th career assist, and plays a prominent role on the team as the setter.
“I’m so excited to play at the collegiate level… I would like to thank my family, friends, and Coach Alston. I would also like to thank the amazing TAMU-CC coaching staff for giving me this unbelievable opportunity,” Gibson states.
Gibson will be signing off on her commitment November 10, here at Green Level.
