History has been made here at Green Level High school, with senior wrestler, Darian King being the first to make the state championship in school history. He will be wrestling in states which begin February 17th and run through February 19th.

We asked Darian a few questions about making states:

How does it feel to be the first state qualifier?

It feels fantastic, I’ve been working towards this goal all throughout my high school career, and it’s an honor to be the first wrestler in school history to qualify for states.

What are your goals at the state championship?

To continue to make history, and win at least one match.
