The Bloom Nutrition Scam

As you may have seen on TikTok, Bloom Nutrition, is a powder that every influencer uses. Apparently, this is supposed to help you de-bloat as well as improve your immune system. But, does this really work, or is it just a scam?

First of all, Bloom does not provide third-party testing results on ingredients and is not FDA-approved. This means that their ingredients can be harmful and contain bad substances. There are no proven results that this powder actually works, and influencers on TikTok could just be saying it works without actual evidence. Due to the influencers promoting this item more and more, it has caused their products to gain popularity, when it might as well just be a scam.  There are other alternatives such as eating whole foods or powders that have been tested with ingredients that are beneficial for you.

Bloom has other products like pre-workout, protein powder, vegan protein powder, vitamins, collagen creamer, and collagen peptides. But, their most popular is their Greens & Superfoods.

They claim to have over 30 different nutrients in their greens, but there are only 2 real ones. These are iron and dietary fiber. The rest is all a lie. In addition, their ingredients are not entirely organic.

Even though Bloom doesn’t work, there are some pros. They are  gluten-free and vegan, the packaging is aesthetic, there is little sugar, and it is soy and dairy free. However, the pros of Bloom do not make up for the cons.

Overall, it is best to stay away from Bloom. Here are some better alternatives:

  • Garden of Life Raw Organic Perfect Food Green Superfood
  • Biosteel Sport Greens
  • Primal Greens Ultimate Super Greens Blend
  • Eat vegetables/greens
