Pep Rally Review

This past Friday we had our first ever pep rally! Sports teams were introduced, such as football and volleyball. In fact, the Green Level Volleyball Team is #1 in the state and #22 in the nation!
Awards and honors were given out as well, such as to junior Alex Fernandez, the 2021 SWAC Champion. And, of course, the teacher of the year was announced. This year, that is Ms. Beach! Ms. Beach teaches English 1 and Latin.
The spirit stick was awarded to the seniors, as they were the loudest during the rally. Students also learned school cheers in preparation for the last home football game, after which many teens went to the YMCA to hang out with friends and watch a movie.
The dance team had an amazing performance along with the stunts from the cheer team! The t-shirt launcher was another fun addition to the pep rally. Thank you to the Gator Goonies for the cool school cheers, and thank you to all the teachers who helped make the pep rally happen. We appreciate you!
